How would an engagement work?

It starts with an initial meeting and interview in which you and Dr. Marton hold a confidential conversation to determine your goals and whether there is an issue or problem you wish to address. During this conversation, you and he will also set the scope and boundaries of the process.

Because the process works best if it is data driven, an initial assessment–using one or more formal tools– may be employed . This will enable you to track your progress as the work proceeds.

The timing and content of the work is entirely flexible and will be determined by the initial steps. Typically, the duration of the initial engagement is 6 months, but that is also up to you. The goal will be to achieve observable results that enhance and advance your career and your organization.
